Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a consultation?
A first consultation takes longer than a follow-up because the doctor takes a full history and assessment. Our team will tell you how much time to allow when you book.
Do I need to stop my current medicines?
No. Never stop or change prescribed medicine without your prescribing doctor. Tell our doctor everything you take so the Ayurvedic plan fits safely alongside it.
