What the Evidence Shows
A clinical study reported that Greeva Basti was effective for symptoms of cervical spondylosis [1], and an observational study described an Ayurvedic treatment approach for the condition [2]. A randomised trial studied whether adding Nasya to herbal medicine reduces the signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis [3]. These studies are small, and a systematic review noted that adverse events are rarely reported in such studies [4].
