Precautions & When to See a Doctor

Ayurvedic care here is complementary to your medical, gynaecological, psychiatric and specialist care, not a replacement for it. Do not stop prescribed medicines because you start Ayurvedic care. Tell us about every medicine, supplement and herb you take, and tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have liver or kidney disease, before any treatment.

Seek emergency care without delay for chest pain, severe breathlessness, sudden weakness or numbness, heavy bleeding, fainting or a sudden severe headache. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS 14416 (free, 24×7) or 112 now.
